If you know what's expected and feel ready to attempt the Level 2 test, book your exam as soon as possible, as spaces are limited.

To increase your chance of success, it’s advisable to book onto the Exam Preparation course immediately preceding each Exam Event, as this provides candidates with detailed insight into the standards required by the DSWA UK, useful hints on speed and efficiency and a full mock test with analysis. Within this package, candidates also have the option to utilise the training centre for further practice the day before their exam and the use of our Riley Northern walling hammers.

Intermediate - Level 2 Certificate (Professional)

This is the first professional level qualification in the DSWA UK Craftsman Certification scheme. There are no prerequisites for this exam.

 

In addition to the standards required for Level 1 certification, emphasis is placed on line and straightness, adequate hearting, selection of stones for all parts, batter, accurate laying of through-stones, and secureness of copestones. Candidates must obtain the minimum mark in each section and an overall pass mark of at least 69 in order to gain certification.

Accommodation Details

Rustic Onsite Accommodation

A range of rustic onsite accommodation is available from double/triple rooms to camping (all with shared bathroom).

Four rooms are available, 2 double and 2 twin/triple

All rooms come with aircon, heating, linen and amenities.

A basic continental breakfast is included for all overnight guests.

Extended visits welcome

There is much to enjoy in the surrounding area including bush walks, cycle trails, kayak trails, fishing, and cave exploration to name a few.
