Please take the time to read and understand the terms and conditions set out below prior to booking with us.
All bookings are made with Stone of Arc (ABN 607 177 32 665). To attend one of our courses you are required to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Dates and prices are valid from 1st July 2021. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. All prices and conditions are subject to change without notice.
All our courses require active participation. However, no one will be required to work beyond their capability. The maximum group size for each course is limited to 10 participants. Although all reasonable steps are taken to protect property, we accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property during an event.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of total payment and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. You will receive a receipt of payment with your booking confirmation.

A Merchant Levy surcharge may be applied to credit card payments in accordance with current bank charges.
The following cancellation fees will apply should you wish to withdraw your attendance for any reason.
45+ days prior to the course – Postponement offered, or 100% refund granted
30 -45 days prior to course – Postponement offered, or 90% refund granted
14 – 29 days prior to course event – Postponement offered, or 50% refund granted
0 -13 days prior to course event – Postponement offered; no refund granted
At times, Stone of Arc may have to cancel a course. If this occurs every effort will be made to offer a suitable alternative. If the alternative is not suitable, we will refund your payment in full. Stone of Arc reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if group numbers are insufficient.
In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external factors beyond our control (other than COVID), any potential refund will be less any unrecoverable cost that we may have incurred.
Stone of Arc is an approved COVID safe operator. Our COVID safe plan is regularly reviewed to ensure we remain up-to-date with all required and recommended COVID safe practices. Copies of the plan are available on request.
If you are unable to attend due to travel restrictions in place due to Government COVID requirements you will be offered priority rescheduling or where this is not possible a full refund will be offered.
Stone of Arc understands the importance of protecting your privacy. Any information we collect from you will only be used for purposes associated with delivering our courses.
All Stone of Arc Instructors have First Aid certification and a first aid kit will be available on site. Work Health and Safety is an essential element of all our courses.
It is your responsibility to declare any relevant known medical condition(s), accessibility issues, or medication cold storage requirements at the time of booking.
If you have any food allergies or specific dietary needs, please inform us of these requirements and we will advise you if they can be catered for. In any instance where we are unable to cater to a specific requirement, we will advise you to provide your own supplementary food/ snacks.
Australia has many dangerous creatures, extreme weather conditions, and uneven terrain, so working outside may increase your personal risk of exposure to these dangers.
Working with stone within a group also creates risk, and although participant safety is our number one priority (and a component of all our courses) all participants taking part in our courses do so at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted by Stone of Arc for any loss, injury or accident
